Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open to all active Padu365 members.
• Members must have an active account and completed at least three (3) deposits before claiming the Birthday Bonus.
• To claim the Birthday Bonus, members are required to contact Customer Service via Live Chat or WhatsApp and provide a valid New IC or Passport for verification purposes.
• Birthday Bonus will be credited into the member's account within 24 hours after successful verification.
• Birthday Bonus must be claimed within the member's birthday month. Late claims will not be entertained.
• All Birthday Bonus, Weekly VIP Bonus, and Weekly Recovery Bonus are subject to x1 turnover requirement before withdrawal.
• No rebates or Recovery Bonus entitlement will be given for Birthday Bonus claims.
• VIP level qualification is calculated monthly, from the 1st until the 30th/31st of each month, based on the total accumulated deposit amount.
• Members who achieve the required deposit amount according to the VIP tier table will automatically qualify for the corresponding VIP level in the following month.
• Multiple VIP level upgrades are allowed. The highest VIP level achieved will be determined by the member's total deposits made in the previous month.
• Selected members may be required to fulfill a minimum turnover requirement of ten (10) times the tier deposit amount to qualify for the next VIP level. This requirement may not apply to all members.
• Weekly VIP Upgrade Bonus will be released every Tuesday and must be claimed within the same week.
• Members are entitled to a maximum of four (4) VIP Upgrade Bonuses per month. If there is a fifth week in the month, no additional VIP Upgrade Bonus will be issued.
• Weekly Credit Recovery Bonus will be released every Monday and calculated based on: (Deposit - Withdrawal - Previous Week Bonus) x Tier Percentage.
• Weekly Credit Recovery Bonus can only be claimed once per week and is applicable to all games.
• Weekly VIP Upgrade Bonus and Weekly Recovery Bonus are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise. Any winnings generated from bonus funds will be forfeited if the turnover requirement is not completed within the validity period.
• This promotion cannot be claimed together with any other deposit bonus, welcome bonus, or promotional offer unless stated otherwise.
• Members are not allowed to place bets on Evolution Gaming Monopoly, Lightning Roulette, or any game show with payouts exceeding 50x while using bonus funds. Any bonus and winnings generated from such games will be forfeited.
• Members are not allowed to place more than five (5) bets per round in Sic-Bo games. Any winnings obtained in violation of this rule will be forfeited.
• Members may receive additional bonus points upon upgrading to a higher VIP level.
• Padu365 reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion or any related terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Padu365 also reserves the right to revoke VIP privileges if any member is found violating the General Terms & Conditions.
